As per the original understanding between the Host Institution (Meerut Institute of Engineering and Technology) and ACIC MIET Meerut Foundation, landed property of around 697.4 sq.mt (eq. to 7506.81 sq.ft) was leased to ACIC for a period of 9 years from 1st Jan. 2021 (Lease Agreement )

Subsequently with enhanced and modified requirements, additional space of 572.92 sq.m. (eq. to 6166.85 sq.ft)was allocated by the Host Institution for Reception, Mentoring Space, Life sciences Laboratory, Display Room and Workshop. (Detailed layout with usage in Annexure 6b)
